Remove a distance index
DELETE/pipelines/:pipeline_id/search-indexers/:indexer_id/distance-indexes/:distance
Removes the distance index of one distance strategy from a vector index. The removal is concurrent, so searches and document processing continue. From the next request, a search with that distance strategy returns HTTP 400. A vector index without any distance index cannot be searched, so the last distance index of a vector index that searches use is replaced before it is removed.
Permissions. Write on the pipeline.

The distance index was removed. The response has no body.
The identifier names a full-text or BM25 index (Invalid parameter, with Search indexer <id> is not a vector indexer in details.error). A distance value that is not a distance strategy returns a plain-text body that starts with Invalid URL.
The authentication headers are missing or invalid, or the API key is inactive or expired. Errors lists the messages.
No pipeline with this identifier exists or the key lacks write permission on the pipeline (Pipeline with id <id> not found), the pipeline has no search index with this identifier (Search Indexer with id <id> not found), or the vector index has no distance index for the strategy (Pipeline Index not found).
A rebuild or a distance index build is running on the search index (Conflict, with The indexes of search indexer <id> are already being built or rebuilt in details.error).
